By downloading, installing, accessing, or using CoreDM ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
CoreDM is a fast, multi-threaded download manager application for Android. It assists users in downloading and managing files from the internet onto their local device storage. CoreDM is not a file-sharing service, does not host content, and is not a tool intended for circumventing Digital Rights Management (DRM), bypassing paywalls, or obtaining copyrighted materials without authorization from copyright holders.
The standard version of CoreDM is provided free of charge and is supported by mobile advertising (such as banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads) served via third-party advertising networks and mediation partners.
Ad-Free Sessions: Free-tier users may tap the gift icon to watch a rewarded video and unlock 3 hours of ad-free use. During active sessions, advertising is fully suppressed within the App.
Using ad-blockers, modified DNS rules, proxy services, or automated scripts to manipulate, suppress, or intercept advertising delivery or simulate ad rewards violates these Terms.
We offer an optional premium tier ("CoreDM Plus") providing a permanently ad-free experience, unlimited simultaneous download queues, and access to premium features without needing to watch rewarded ads.
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing. Subscription and purchase entitlement management, receipt validation, and purchase restoration are facilitated through our authorized subscription infrastructure partners.
CoreDM does not collect, handle, or store any credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or billing addresses. All financial transactions are governed strictly by Google Play's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If you purchase a recurring subscription for CoreDM Plus:
Manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time directly through the Google Play Store: Google Play Store → Profile Icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and will not renew thereafter.
Because billing is handled exclusively through Google Play, refund requests are evaluated and processed according to Google Play's standard refund policies. To request a refund, use Google Play's Order History or Google Play Customer Support.
If you switch devices or reinstall the App, restore your active CoreDM Plus subscription by tapping Restore Purchases in Settings, provided you are signed in with the same Google account used for the original purchase.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance through the Google Play Store, and will take effect in accordance with Google Play subscription policies.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You specifically agree not to:
All rights, title, and interest in and to CoreDM, including its software code, UI design, logos, graphics, and features, are the exclusive property of CoreDM and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely on your personal Android device in accordance with these Terms.
CoreDM is a neutral, client-side technical utility and browser. CoreDM does not host, index, store, upload, stream, or distribute any media files or copyrighted content on any remote servers. All file transfers and downloads execute directly and peer-to-peer between the user's personal device and the third-party web hosts chosen by the user.
CoreDM strictly respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the appropriate authorizations, licenses, or fair use rights for any media or files downloaded using the App. If you are a copyright owner and have inquiries, contact our designated agent at coredmdev@gmail.com .
CoreDM is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CoreDM, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, device damage, or interruption of business arising out of or related to your use of the App.
You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App and canceling any active subscriptions via Google Play. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to premium features for users who engage in piracy, fraudulent purchases, security breaches, or abuse of our infrastructure.
We may modify or replace these Terms from time to time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through an in-app update prior to the new terms taking effect. Continued use of CoreDM following the posting of revised Terms signifies your agreement.
